Leadership Training

Purpose

1. To help individuals find their places in the Body of Christ and to fulfill the responsibilities therein.
   
2. To acquaint the present leadership in Flame with leadership in other chapters as well as with the Flame leadershipwho will be present to hold the Leadership Training Sessions
   
3. To challenge the Flame leadership in ways which are obvious yet often overlooked.
   
4. To share new and proven ways to help a chapter grow.
   
5. To maintain a strong emphasis on evangelism.
   
6. To encourage others interested in Flame to start chapters in their communities.
   
7. To train Flame leaders and Flame potential leaders how to lead.
   
8. To equip the leadership with the tools necessary to do a job right.
   
9. To help leaders to better minister to the needs of their families and loved ones.
   
10. To help leaders to be able to work with others in unity and love.
    
11. To train leaders on how to cope in areas of personality conflicts so as not to cause schiscms or ruptures in the unity of the Body.
    
12. To encourage leadership to delegate responsibilities and help those to whom they are delegated to function in their areas of responsibility.
    
13. To instruct each officer in the mechanics of his/her particular position.
